Become a Partner School
Becoming a Partner School is of great benefit to schools because our approach to delivering School Direct training is based on what the Head teachers tell us they are looking for in their Newly Qualified Teachers. They prefer trainees who have experienced a whole year in school, throughout the cycle of the school year, and who have been involved in every aspect of the role of a teacher. They find that teachers trained by outstanding practitioners are better prepared for the rigors of the profession. This is often their preferred route for recruiting NQTs .
